RCS Productions has been buying and producing entertainment for festivals and special events for over 30 years. Our staff has worked with the vast majority of national touring entertainers and brings first hand knowledge of the artists to your event programming process.

Stephen: has been in the entertainment industry producing entertainment for community concerts, festivals and civic celebrations for over 25 years. He orchestrates the production of signature events such as, Alpharetta’s Wire & Wood Songwriters Festival, Atlanta Botanical Gardens Concerts In The Garden, Kingsport Twilight Alive and Woodstock summer concert series to name a few. Stephen works with over a hundred clients a year in all aspects of talent selection and acquisition through to day of show production solutions and concert related logistics.
As a member of RCS Productions since 1997, Stephen has enjoyed programming and producing events through out the country and helped grow RCS Productions into one of the leading producers of live entertainment in the southeast. In 2015, Stephen became owner and president of RCS Productions.
A graduate of the University of Tennessee, he is a founding member of the Tennessee Festival & Events Association (TFEA) and while president, helped transition to what has now become Southeast Festivals & Event Association ,SFEA, a multi state organization.
When not “on a gig” Stephen enjoys coaching soccer and enjoys traveling and exploring new places with his wife and two children.

RCS Productions grew out of Ron’s love of music and entertaining people. During the 1980’s and early 1990’s, he developed the concept of producing a concert series for smaller communities located in the metro Atlanta area. Roswell Mill in Roswell, Georgia and the former McIntosh Amphitheater in Peachtree City, Georgia, are the first venues to which he produced nationally known artists from the 50’s, 60’s, and 70’s decades.
With the success of these concerts many other communities and their project managers consulted with Ron on the develop of the amphitheater design, performance spaces, as well the acquisition of talent for their concert series. Today RCS Productions produces over 160 concerts per year throughout the southeast.
Because of the significance of his contribution and his dedication to developing entertainment for the Fair and Festival industry plus community concert series led Ron to being inducted into the International Festivals and Events Association (IFEA) Hall of Fame. He shares this honor with distinguished event professionals from the Kentucky Derby Festival, Rotterdam Festival, Macy’s Parade, Pasadena Tournament of Roses, Gator Bowl Association and Hawaii Tourism Authority, as well as many other distinguished industry professionals.
Not only was Ron honored by IFEA, he was also presented the “Chairman’s Award” from the Southeast Festivals and Events Association (SFEA) for his continued support of the association and the events industry. He has served on the SFEA Board of Directors and numerous industry-related associations.
Ron carries the distinction of CFEE; Certified Festival and Events Executive. Ron is an integral part of RCS Productions working on business development and special projects.
RCS’s newest member brings a fresh approach to acquiring and producing concerts and festivals. Prior to joining RCS, Joel was the Live Music Supervisor for the Hard Rock Cafe Atlanta’s venue, The Velvet Underground. In this role, Joel redeveloped the venue’s operations and increased the amount of shows from less than 20 to over a 100 per year.
Joel is passionate about the music business and driven to deliver the best concert experience possible. His vast knowledge of music history as well as current-day trends allows him to acquire the best talent for specific event goals.
When not on a gig, you might find Joel on the golf course during the day, or attending a show at one of Atlanta’s many venues with his wife, Aly in the evening.
